Fees
We aim to provide professional legal services at reasonable and transparent fees. Fee arrangements are discussed and agreed upon before engagement, taking into account the nature, scope, urgency, and complexity of each matter.
1. One-Time Legal Services
For individual legal matters, fees may be structured as an hourly rate or fixed fee, depending on the nature and scope of the work.
For more complex matters, including litigation, disputes, and cross-border transactions, fee arrangements may include flat fees, advance retainers, capped fees, or success-based components, as appropriate.
2. Monthly Legal Advisory Services
For corporate clients requiring ongoing legal support, we offer Monthly Legal Advisory Services based on an agreed monthly fee and specified consultation hours.
Additional hours may be provided at preferential rates, and certain unused hours may be carried over, subject to agreement.
For litigation, major transactions, or other substantial matters, separate fee arrangements may apply. Specific terms are determined based on the scope of the engagement.
